What does Rating mean?

The rating indicates how many people in a target group saw a program or commercial block on average at any given time. For the calculation, how many people are currently watching is continuously recorded; At the end, the average is formed over the entire term. In contrast to the net reach, it takes into account how long the target group actually “stayed with it”, which makes the real popularity and effective viewing performance of a program measurable.
