What does Time Shifted Viewing (TSV) mean?
Time Shifted Viewing (TSV) is a form of TV usage with digital reception vectors that allows a TV program to be used at a later point in time (time-shifted) than the original broadcast. In the Mediapulse TV research, TSV by convention includes the use of offers up to seven days after they are broadcast.
