Sinus environments

TVOnline

What does Sinus environments mean?

A scientifically based typology that groups people not only according to external characteristics (sociodemographics), but also according to their living environment. It is based on a clustering of social situations, basic orientations and values. The Sinus Milieus thus serve as an indicator of how target groups tick, what moves them and how they can be reached through the media.
